Director's Resident Identity Card (KTP).
• Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) Badan
• Original Brand Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Company Business License (SIUP)
• Business Identification Number (NIB)

• Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
• Brand Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

3. Letter of Offer for R&D Costs and Lab Tests

After determining the product and formula, we will provide an offer letter for RND and Lab Test Fees.

4. Making Product Samples

Making Product Samples

After the R&D Cost and Lab Test Offer Letter is approved and the costs are paid, we will make product samples. The R&D process period (preparation/format and composition) is carried out 21 working days from the time payment is received. If you order an Oral Powder preparation, you will get a product sample for organoleptic testing (taste, color, aroma and texture test). Revision of product sample trial results (composition and organoleptic) is carried out a maximum of 2 times within a 14 working day period. More than that will be subject to normal (initial) fees.

After the R&D results of the Product Prototype have been received and approved, we will then apply for a registration fee for the Distribution Permit Number in accordance with the stages and rules that apply to BPOM.

6. Management of Supporting Licensing (Halal and IPR).

Apart from registering a Distribution Permit Number (NIE) or product registration with BPOM, we will also arrange Halal product certification with BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Management Agency) and HKI (Intellectual Property Rights) certification such as trademarks for which the costs will be submitted separately.

7. Product price offer letter

After the product sample has been approved, we will then make a product offer letter which includes: Order Quantity, Product Price, Packaging Material Specifications and Composition

8. Payment of ODM/OEM Fees

After the Offer Letter is approved, the next step is the payment process. At this stage the maklon costs that must be paid are divided into 2 stages, namely:
50% down payment at the time this offer letter is signed
Remaining payment 50% paid before the product is sent (Cash Before Delivery)

9. ODM/EDM Cooperation Contract/Agreement

Next, we will make a Product Manufacturing Agreement (ODM/OEM) according to the BPOM reference.

10. Start Production

The production process for your order will begin after the BPOM Distribution Permit Number (NIE) in the form of POM TR or POM SD for the product in question/ordered has been issued by the BPOM Registration Directorate via ASROT (Traditional Medicine Registration System Application).

11. Quality Control

Quality Control

In the production process, all products must go through a quality control process to meet product quality standards that are in accordance with quality standards that have been determined by referring to the rules of the Good Manufacturing Practices/GMP Certificate from BPOM.

10. Delivery of Finished Products

Delivery of finished products

After the production process is complete, we will help send your ordered product in accordance with the agreed Production Cooperation Agreement (Toll Manufacturing Contract).
