After the R&D Cost Offer Letter and Lab Testing are approved and the costs are paid, we will make a product sample. The R&D process period (preparation/format and composition) is carried out 21 working days from the date the payment is received. If you order Oral Powder, you will receive a product sample for organoleptic testing (taste, color, aroma and texture tests). Revisions to the results of the product trial sample (composition and organoleptic) are carried out a maximum of 2 times in a period of 14 working days. More than that will be charged the normal (initial) fee.

After the Product Prototype R&D results have been received and approved, we will then submit the registration fee for the Distribution Permit Number (NIE) in accordance with the stages and regulations applicable to BPOM.

In addition to registering the Distribution Permit Number (NIE) or Product Registration at BPOM, we will also take care of the product's Halal certification at BPJPH (Halal Product Assurance Management Agency) and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) certification such as trademarks, the costs of which will be submitted separately.

After the product sample is approved, we will then create a Product Offer Letter which includes: Number of Orders, Product Price, Packaging Material Specifications and Composition.

After the Product Offer Letter is approved, the next step is the payment process. At this stage, the Maklon Fee that needs to be paid is divided into 2 stages, namely:
50% Down Payment at the time the Product Offer Letter is signed
Remaining Payment 50% paid before the product is shipped (Cash Before Delivery)

Next, we will make a Product Manufacturing Agreement (Maklon) according to the BPOM reference.

The production process for your order will begin after the BPOM Distribution Permit Number (NIE) in the form of POM TR or POM SD for the intended/ordered product has been issued by the BPOM Registration Directorate through ASROT (Traditional Medicine Registration System Application).

Dalam proses diproduksi, seluruh produk wajib melewati proses quality control untuk terpenuhinya standar kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan standar mutu yang telah ditetapkan dengan mengacu kepada kaidah Sertifikat Cara Pembuatan Obat Tradisional yang Baik/CPOTB (Good Manufacturing Practices/GMP) dari BPOM.
