Referring to Article 2 paragraph 4 in PMK/141/PMK.03/2015, what is meant by maklon services is:
Providing services in the context of the completion process of a particular item, the processing of which is carried out by the service provider (contracted), the specifications, raw materials, semi-finished goods, and/or auxiliary/auxiliary materials processed are partially or completely provided by the service user, and ownership of finished goods rests with the service user.
So, we can conclude that maklon services are services that are offered by companies or production facilities to other parties who want to produce certain products, but do not have the capacity for their own production or want to reduce their own production burden.
