We have a Chemical Physics Laboratory designed to support the production process, using modern equipment and the latest scientific methods, which laboratory is dedicated to research, experimentation and development in the field of herbal medicine.
Microbiology Lab
We have a Microbiology Laboratory designed to conduct testing and analysis of microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi and other microbes in supporting a safe herbal medicine production process. This laboratory is equipped with modern equipment to support the production process.
Air Conditioning System
Our production facilities are equipped with a sophisticated Air Conditioning System (STU/HVAC) so that it meets the parameters specified by BPOM, namely temperature, humidity, pressure, number of particles and air change (pergantian udara), sebagai penjamin higienitas pada proses produksi untuk mendapatkan sebuah produk yang berkhasiat dan aman.
Water Treatment System (WTP)
Our production facilities are equipped with a sophisticated and modern Water Treatment System (SPA)/Water Treatment Plan to support the needs of the production process by using Stainless Steel 316L throughout the installation (from water tanks to piping), this system is capable of producing water in accordance with BPOM criteria through filtration stages, reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis) and sterilization using UV light, membranes, ozonation to ensure water is free from microbial contaminants, heavy metals and hazardous chemicals.
