We have a Chemical Physics Laboratory which is designed to support the production process, using modern equipment and the latest scientific methods in which our laboratory is dedicated to research and experimentation and development in the field of herbal medicine.
Microbiology Lab
We have a Microbiology Laboratory which is designed to carry out testing and analysis of microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi and other microbes to support a safe herbal medicine production process. This laboratory is equipped with modern equipment to support the production process.
Air Conditioning System (STU)
Our production facilities are equipped with a sophisticated Air Conditioning System (STU/HVAC) so that it meets the parameters specified by BPOM, namely temperature, humidity, pressure, number of particles and air change (air change), as a guarantee of hygiene in the production process to obtain a product that is efficacious and safe.
Water Treatment System (SPA)
Our production facilities are equipped with a sophisticated and modern Water Treatment System (SPA)/Water Treatment Plan to support the needs of the production process by using 316L Stainless Steel in the entire installation (from the water tank to the piping), this system is capable of producing water in accordance with BPOM criteria through the stages of filtration, reverse osmosis (reverse osmosis) and sterilization using UV light, membranes, ozonation to ensure water is free from microbial contaminants, heavy metals and dangerous chemicals.
