ODM/OEM Services is a collaboration between companies that have production permits, legality and quality certification with customers and/or companies that want to have their own product brand, but do not have production facilities.

ODM & OEM Process
1. Konsultasi Konsep Produk
Give an overview of the product you want to make. If you still have doubts about the product concept. Our RND team will provide advice on formula selection, raw materials and packaging

2. Complete Documents
ODM/OEM Requirements Documents for Business Entities:
Director's Resident Identity Card (KTP).
• Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) Badan
• Original Brand Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
• Company Business License (SIUP)
• Business Identification Number (NIB)
ODM/OEM Requirements Documents for Individuals:
• Resident Identity Card (KTP)
• Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
• Brand Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

3. Letter of Offer for RND and Lab Test Fees
After determining the product and formula, we will provide an offer letter for RND and Lab Test Fees.

4. Making Product Samples
After the RND and Lab Test Cost Offer Letter is approved and the costs are paid, we will make a product sample. The R&D process period (composition, taste and aroma) is carried out 21 (twenty one) working days from the time payment is received. You will get a product sample for organoleptic testing (taste, texture and aroma test). Revision of product sample trial results (composition, taste and aroma) is carried out a maximum of 2 (two) times within a period of 14 (fourteen) working days. More than that will be subject to normal (initial) fees.

5. Offer letter for BPOM Distribution Permit Number Registration Fee
After the R&D results of the Product Prototype have been received and approved, we will then apply for a registration fee for the Distribution Permit Number in accordance with the stages and rules that apply to BPOM.

6. Manage permits
After the fee is paid, we will start taking care of the BPOM registration.
Selain Registrasi BPOM kami juga akan mengurus sertifikasi Halal dari LPPOM MUI, dan sertifikasi hak kekayaan intelektual seperti merek dan hak paten yang mana biayanya akan diajukan secara terpisah.

7. Product price offer letter
After the product sample has been approved, we will then make a product offer letter which includes: Order Quantity, Product Price, Packaging Material Specifications and Composition

8. Payment of ODM/OEM Fees
After the Offer Letter is approved, the next step is the payment process. At this stage the maklon costs that must be paid are divided into 2 stages, namely:
- 50% down payment when this offer letter is signed
- The remaining 50% payment is paid before the product is sent (Cash Before Delivery)

9. ODM/OEM Cooperation Contract
Next, we will create a Product Manufacturing Agreement (ODM/OEM).

10. Start Production
Production will start after the BPOM Distribution Permit number for the product has been issued.

11. Quality Control
Once produced, the product must go through a quality control process to meet quality standards that are in accordance with established quality standards.

12. Product Delivery
After the production process is complete, we will help send your product.

• Products from our company registered with BPOM are marked with a Distribution Permit Number (NIE)
• The workers in our factory are professional experts in their fields
• Our factory uses modern and sophisticated machines and production tools in accordance with Good Traditional Medicine Manufacturing Practices (CPOTB)
• We pay attention to sanitation and hygiene so that the products we produce can be more useful
• We have our own laboratory which is specifically designed to support the production process so that we can produce more efficacious herbal products
• The Air Conditioning System (STU) and Water Treatment System (SPA) are sophisticated so that they comply with BPOM RI criteria
• Every herbal product that we produce goes through an extraction process with a maceration system that can extract active substances to levels of up to 20:1 so that the resulting product can be curative and rehabilitative.
• Our team ensures to maintain the quality and quality of the product, so that it provides optimal effects

The costs required to use maklon services at PT FAST certainly vary and are very competitive, depending on the type of product to be produced, the level of production difficulty, and also the number of orders.

We are ready to produce your products in small or large quantities, starting from 5,000 bottles/5,000 display boxes. However, you can consult directly regarding the number of orders, prices, samples and other needs.

• Initial consultation to determine the product concept, selection of raw materials, and selection of packaging design
• We will ensure that your product is safe to distribute because it has a BPOM RI Distribution Permit Number
• Your product will be guaranteed halal
• We can help develop your product in the market through our network
• Sebelum produk diproduksi, Anda akan mendapatkan sample sebanyak 5-10 pcs
• We also provide product packaging design services which of course comply with applicable standards and are easily identified by consumers. Packaging design services can be revised up to a maximum of 3 times to suit your wishes
• We will assist with the product registration process with BPOM RI until all administration regarding your product is complete

• We will process the first sample for approximately 2-4 weeks
• Processing product distribution permits to BPOM RI will take 3-8 months and progress will beupdate or informed every 2 weeks
• The production process will take place 2-4 weeks after purchase order accepted
